Roughly two weeks of time is abridged between the first and second half of Sydney and the Cicadas' only album, Immanentize. Sydney later stated that those weeks were largely repetitive, as "whatever Ruby would do, she'd cry about it, and Tally would get up again. You get numb to it at a certain point."
